At Altivorqx we care about the privacy of everyone who visits altivorqx.com. This document explains, in plain language, how we handle any information we receive through the site, in line with the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
1. Who is the data controller
The data controller is Altivorqx Contenidos Editoriales, S. de R.L. de C.V., registered at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 296, floor 11, Col. Juárez, 06600 Mexico City. You can reach us at hola@altivorqx.com for anything related to this policy.
2. What data we may receive
When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address and the message you choose to send. We do not ask for sensitive data, financial data or information about your assets. Additionally, if you accept cookies, we may receive anonymous technical information about your browsing.
3. Purpose
Data from the form is used only to reply to your message or follow up on an editorial suggestion. Technical information, if you accept cookies, is used to understand in aggregate how the content is read and to improve it during 2026.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent when you submit the form or accept cookies. You may withdraw that consent at any time by writing to hola@altivorqx.com or updating your cookie preferences through the site banner.
5. Who we share information with
We do not sell personal data. We may only share information with technology providers that help us operate the site (for example, infrastructure services or Google tools that respect Consent Mode v2). These providers act under strict instructions and confidentiality obligations.
6. International transfers
Some providers may be located outside Mexico. In such cases we apply contractual clauses and technical measures equivalent to those required by Mexican regulations to protect data.
7. Retention period
Contact form messages are kept for a maximum of 24 months from receipt, unless the law requires a different period. Technical records linked to cookies are kept for the periods indicated in the Cookie Policy.
8. ARCO rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection (ARCO) at any time, and limit or object to the use of your data, by sending an email to hola@altivorqx.com with the subject line ‘ARCO rights’. We reply within a maximum of 20 business days.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information: encryption in transit, access control and periodic security reviews during 2026.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this document to reflect regulatory changes or improvements in our processes. The latest version will always be available on this same page, with the update date visible at the top.
